Our Success Stories- 1992: Started manufacturing an Import substitution product known as Pneumatic Feeders, for Indian market. It was previously been imported from Europe and USA.
- 1993: The company was awarded by ITPO under the category “Technology Up gradation” for Indian Industries
- 1994: Started manufacturing De-coilers and straighteners/levellers
- 1995: Started manufacturing 2-in-1 Decoiler cum straightners
- 1997: Got the ISO-9001:2000 & CE certification and started export of the Air Feeders
- 2000: Established manufacturing unit no. 2 at E-141, Sector-7, Noida. And started manufacturing High speed Mechanical Gripper Feeders (again an import substitution product)
- 2002: Established Manufacturing unit no. 3 at D-42, Sector-7, Noida. And started manufacturing NC Servo Feeders and narrow width cut to length lines
- 2004: Established Manufacturing Unit No. 4 at F-43, UPSIDC, Site-8, Surajpur, Greater Noida. And started manufacturing 3-in-1De-Coiler cum straightener cum servo feeders and heavy capacity hydraulic de-coilers up to 30 Tons
- 2005: Started Unit no. 5 (corporate office building at the most prime location in Noida), at D-158, Sector-63, Noida. The aim was to join hands with leaders of world market and promote heavy duty cut to length lines, slitting, lines and high speed power presses. Since that kind of quality was not being manufactured in India.
- 2006: Became the Associates of the best company of China, for slitting lines and cut to length lines. Our team, was well trained to provide installation and after sales support for the lines being imported from China, through us.
- 2008: Became the Associates of the best company of China, for High Speed Power Presses Lines. Our team was well trained to provide installation and after sales support for the lines being imported from China, through us.
- 2009: Established Manufacturing Unit No. 6 at F-42, UPSIDC, Site-B, Surajpur, Greater Noida. And started manufacturing Gear change feeders, S-type straighteners and Double side De-coilers, for high speed presses. Hence our customer can buy the High Speed Presses from China, and get the high speed feed line, from us, in India.
About Promoters
As per the vision of Mr. Vishal Seth and Mr. Vivek Mishra, the company was started in the name of M/S. V.V. Engineers & Consultants, in the year 1992. And was made M/S. Suku Controls Private Limited, in the year 1995.
Both the directors being technically sound in the field of engineering, innovated various Press Feeding Technologies for Indian Industry, so that customers can get all kinds of Press Feeding solutions under one roof. With the team of over 100 committed people spread across the country, their aim is to supply the best quality products, with even better after sales service to all the existing customers They are not only thankful to the customers for giving the repeat business, but also for their dedicated employees, who have been maintaining the best standards in quality control and after sales.
Vishal Seth is the heads the company's Marketing function. His responsibilities include overseeing the company's international operations as well. He has also played a key role in expanding and consolidating the Regional Sales and Service network countrywide, notably in important cities like Ludhiana, Pune, Vadodara, Mumbai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and more.
Vivek Mishra, who heads the key R&D operations, has been the driving force behind the company's numerous technological innovations and breakthroughs. He has helped actualize many improvements in diverse areas of production. Thanks to his continuing initiatives, the company promises true Zero Defect and customized products to its valued clients.
